Pueblo Horno
"After the fire has burned long enough to turn the ceiling of the adobe horno (oven) white, the coals are scraped
out and the interior mopped. Cornmeal is then thrown in to test the temperature, the loaves are inserted and
the opening closed with a heavy rock and sealed with mud. After about an hour, this horno will yield the
unmatched taste of freshly-baked, Native American bread."
